Fun And Challenging?
Imagine yourself as a Black Belt
Confident - Strong - Flexible...
Quest Martial Arts students learn concepts that keep them on track. Improved focus, goal setting, self discipline, and confidence are inherent in our martial arts training. Classes here are like having your own personal trainer and success coach all in one.
Quest Martial Arts is not just another after-school activity. Basketball, soccer, and baseball are all great activities, but our martial arts program is personal development through a physical discipline. Students here enjoy incredible physical benefits and improved personal development traits while receiving the empowerment that comes through the self defense training.
In our classes, teens learn a variety of skills and techniques, allowing them to defend themselves in tough situations. Brazilian Jiu Jutsu grappling, kickboxing and sport karate give all students a well-rounded experience.
Our exciting classes focus a student's attention, improving the ability to learn. And learning builds a sense of accomplishment. With each new accomplishment, a student's confidence grows, and becomes the first step building a person's physical growth and mental strength. By offering teen-only classes, we can tailor the material to meet their needs, enabling them to develop strong friendships they can count on outside of class.
Teens interested in competing can join our tournament team and compete in weapons, forms or sparring. Another fun option is the demonstration team, where students learn high performance acrobatics, choreography and more as they demonstrate high-end martial art skills
Once we begin to develop a student's self confidence, we are then able to instill the values of respect, courtesy, perseverance, and integrity that are the foundation of martial arts dating back thousands of years.
These physical and character foundations that Quest Martial Arts develop, helps students excel in their academic school studies, sports, defeat bullying by having a confident attitude and building confidence in social situations. It ensures that they will have courage and the character to make good decisions when confronted with negative peer pressure.
Remember: Students of Quest Martial Arts are leaders - not followers.
