* Halloween Party 2014 Information
Date: October 25th Time: 6:00 to 7:30 Location: Quest Martial Arts Dojang
Please note that this is a family event. We unfortunately can not accommodate guests. We
run the danger of the event being too big.
The following list of guidelines is the only way we can host a large event that is both safe and
All students under the age of 13 must have a parent present.
We ask that everyone take their shoes off before entering the dojang. Please leave shoes in the
bathrooms or hall closets
Absolutely no running around.
All drinks must be in self contained packaging. No cups of juice/ soda/punch.
Parents please help the black belts. It is a party not a class. We need others to pitch in with
food stations, games, contests etc.
Finally, please remember to bring an item to share. We don't worry about too many of this or
that... it is mainly for snacking.. so chips, pizza, mac and cheese, wings, meatballs, veggies and
desserts are needed. We will have candy for goody bags made by the leadership kids.
We will also need drinks, plastic wear, plates and napkins for those who don't bake.
Thank you in advanced for you help. It is always a great event! Don't forget to wear a
costume.. parents too!
