MEET Kristin Duethorn
Owner & Head Instructor at Quest Martial Arts
Kristin Duethorn is a highly accomplished martial artist with over 30 years of experience. She holds a sixth-degree black belt in Tang-Soo Do, making her one of the highest-ranking female martial artists globally. Kristin is the founder of Quest Martial Arts and co-owner of Mike Bogdanski's Martial Arts Center. She is passionate about empowering others through martial arts and offers programs in self-defense, fitness, and life coaching. Kristin believes that martial arts can positively impact physical, mental, and emotional well-being while fostering qualities like respect, discipline, confidence, and leadership. In addition to her martial arts expertise, she is an avid reader, writer, and traveler, cherishing time with family and friends.
Some of Her Notable Achievements Are:
• She is a sixth-degree black belt and a master instructor in Tang-Soo Do, a Korean martial art.
• She is the owner and co-founder of Quest Martial Arts, a martial arts school in Northeast Connecticut that offers various programs and services for kids and adults.
• She is a certified self-defense instructor and a life coach, and has taught self-defense and life skills to various groups and individuals.
