Master McShane will teach weapons disarms as taught in the military combatives program. Defense against all different types of weapons will be taught. Free to BBC and Master s club, 20.00 to members in the basic program. Please sign up to reserve your space.
45 minutes of intense exercise that focuses on butts and guts!
Phase one: Light cardio to get the blood flowing, jumping jacks, skaters, burpees, jogging in place.
Phase two: Various butt enhancing lunging, squatting, dead lifts and hamstring work using dumbbells, body bars and steps.
Phase three: floor exercises incorporating stability ball or bosu. Crunches, various planks, pikes, mountain climbers, windshield wipers, bicycles, etc working the front of the abdomen as well as the oblique muscles.
Phase four: cool down, stretching and sweat removal
No experience necessary!
Friday is Black Belt testing- The physical challenge- 6pm
NO BBC class Friday night.
Saturday BBC- MMA training class- 11am.
Monday we will be open for classes.
